Mid. All-Source Analyst (Targeting and BDA Mgt)

Description:

• Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
• Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Manage target vetting requirements for DIA during both steady state and crises support IAW the standards and processes outlined in CJCSI 3370.0lD.
• Manage Phase 3 Battle Damage Assessment (P3BDA) requirements from Combatant Commands.
• Negotiate P3BDA reporting timelines based on Commander's objectives and overall CCMD prioritization of target systems.
• Task and track to completion P3BDA to responsible producers for completion IAW templates and standards.
• Coordinate delivery of P3BDA to the Joint Staff Targeting Integration Cell (JSTIC) and requesting CCMD, on requested domain/portal.
• Assist analytic elements with posting finished intelligence Phase 3 BDA (Target Systems Damage Assessments, TSDAs) to DIA BDA SharePoint or other designated channel.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

 

Job Requirements

Desired experiences:

• At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired education:

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
