Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking to hire a Junior Recruiter for our growing team! We are looking for a self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills, a competitive nature, and an energizing personality. As a Junior Recruiter, you will:

Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
Contact active and passive candidates as well as interview interested candidates
Send recruiting emails
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing methods
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Maintain candidate databases via an applicant tracking system

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.
