Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed all source HUMINT targeting support against assigned targets.
- Develop in depth analysis of the topics in support of operational planning and target knowledge, ensuring its analytical/ targeting efforts are aligned with valid HUMINT requirements.
- Focus analytical efforts to identify, assist or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning.
- Employ an array of analytical methodologies, leveraged against targeting requirements to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topic.
- Leverage the multi-intelligence community to support their targeting efforts.
- Research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection activities utilizing unique HUMINT targeting mythologies.
- Produce various Targeting Packages (TP).
- Utilize client systems and processes to receive field generated requests and track production status.
- Conduct analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including TAC, TIDE, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, Palantir, and other investigative databases.
- Must have eight (8) years of hands-on experience.
- Prior HUMINT operational background, directly supporting and/or conducting full spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO).
- Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF.
- Previous support to strategic foreign intelligence collection against hard target (non- CT) issues.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certification from any of the courses below (or their title 50 equivalent).
- Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC).
- Advance HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC).
- Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC).
- Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
