Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking an Administrator Level 2 to support a federal government client.

Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Description:

• Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements, and implementing changes.
• Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects.

Job Requirements

Required experiences:

• 3 years’ experience providing a variety of clerical and administrative services through the implementation of systems, procedures, policies, and monitoring projects.

Required education:

• Associate's Degree in business, language arts, or the sciences

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI or TS and the ability to obtain SCI.
