Starting Salary: $45,600 - $58,200/year; Depending on experience

Our Transportation and Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the transportation and security department operations. Ensures services are offered to residents and team members to provide efficient and effective transportation and security services.

Requirements for the Manager, Transportation and Security:

• High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED) required. Associate’s degree in criminal justice is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid PA State Driver’s License.
• Three years’ experience in safety, security, law enforcement, or related field preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital or Life Care Community preferred.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Have good attention to detail and time management.
