Dining Services Team Lead – Cumberland Woods Village

Allison Park, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; 10:30 AM – 7 PM and include every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Starting Pay: $17.25/hour - $21.00/hour; Depending on experience

The community is situated on a secluded, wooded hilltop yet provides all the amenities of an upscale resort.

The Dining Services Team Lead is responsible for performing the general responsibilities of Dining Services team members such as simple food preparation, serving food, and clean up after meal service. Provides training and leadership for Dining Services team members and provides support to the Manager.

Requirements for the Dining Services Team Lead:

• A minimum of one year of Dining Services experience.
• Leadership or training experience is preferred.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Enjoy multi-tasking since every day is different.
• Have good attention to detail and time management
