Washington, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Rotating shifts; 40 hours per week

Starting Pay: $20.31/hour - $24.00/hour; Depending on experience

The Dining Services Coordinator directs daily operations of the front of the house team. Performs the general duties of Dining Services team members such as simple food preparation, serving food, and clean up after meal service. Interviews, onboards, schedules all front of the house team members. Provides training and leadership for Dining Services team members and is a support person for the department.

Requirements for the Dining Services Coordinator:

• A minimum of one year of Dining Services/Restaurant leadership experience.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Serve Save Certified preferred; must complete within 3 months of hire.
• Basic computer skills are required including regular usage of Microsoft 365 and electronic menu planning software. Must be able to communicate by email with leadership.
• Be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with residents, resident families, and team members.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others.
