Starting Pay:$21.90/hour - $30.95/hour, depending on experience

TheSocial Worker identifies and suggests innovative approaches and participates in implementing performance improvement opportunities and maintains compliance with Presbyterian SeniorCare Network policy and procedure in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies and community standards. Demonstrates on a consistent basis individual and team behavior that supports the Person-Centered, Woodwell and Woodside philosophies of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. Requirements For TheSocial Worker

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or four years of relevant experience in a long-term care community, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Degree in Social Work, Gerontology or another related field preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work well with people and show enthusiasm and motivation.
• Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills.
• Desire to contribute to our compassionate, resident-focused culture and effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.
