The Resident Care Director is responsible for the development of nursing service objectives, performance standards of nursing personnel, and nursing policies and procedures. The role is accountable for compliance with federal, state and local regulations within his/her span of control and will periodically work the floor in order to monitor nursing staff, maintain nursing skills, and ensure adequate staffing.

- Evidence of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in PA with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in long term care.
- Assisted Living Administrator Certification in the Commonwealth of PA is preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical records software (PointClickCare is preferred), internet, spreadsheet,and word processing software, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Registered Nurse (RN)CPR required based on AHA standards that include both didactic and skills components within 30 days of hire.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively with team members, residents, families, professional providers, and all others.
Salary : $85,000
