Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor – Personal Care – Shenango on the Green
New Wilmington, PA; Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; schedule consists of (5) 8-hour overnight Shifts from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, or (2) 12 hr. shifts from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am and (2) 8-hour shifts from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, with rotating weekends and holidays
Starting Pay: $25.16/hour - $39.02/hour; Depending on experience

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents. Supervises and provides leadership and direction to community team members to ensure quality care and services are provided to residents.

- Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Experience in Senior Living preferred.
- Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience preferred.
