Southmont also provides short-term rehabilitation that can include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies
The Cook is responsible for proper preparation of large quantities food items for residents, staff, and visitors of the community. The position serves as assistant to the chef/Head cookoperating a full-service commercial kitchen will occasionally provide supervision to staff in the absence of the the dining services Director

Requirements for the Cook:
- Minimum of one year of large quantity cooking experience
- Serve safe certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and operating instructions, and to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and volume.
