Qualifications
Pennsylvania (PA):
- Must be 18 years of age or older, unless Active on PA Nurse Aide Registry
- High school diploma or equivalent required, unless Active on PA Nurse Aide Registry
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be 21 years of age or older unless active on the DE Nurse Aide Registry
- Previous experience working with older adults preferred
- Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently and as a team
- Assists residents in all activities of daily living and independent activities of daily living according to the Support/Service Plan.
- Responds to all resident requests for assistance and/or call bells regardless of assignment.
- Observes residents and reports changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor or team members.
- Communicates and documents services provided to the resident.
- Recommends changes in the appropriate sections of the resident’s support/service plan.
- Performs basic care procedures.
- Assists with transportation of residents to outside appointments and shopping and accompanies resident as assigned.
- Initiates and completes appropriate resident activities.
- Informs residents of activities, encourages participation and provides transportation for such activities.
- May assist with mealtimes.
- Performs basic emergency care procedures, first aid, CPR and Heimlich maneuver.
- Actively participates in all required in-service programs and tam meetings, including program presentations.
Salary : $18 - $19
