Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Maryland GNA certification
- Previous experience as a GNA preferred
- Trained Medication Technician preferred
- Active CPR required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing and feeding.
- Respond to resident call lights and general needs or requests.
- Transport patients.
- Responsible for cleanliness of equipment.
- Maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment.
- Deliver quality care to residents.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
