???? What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Sales & Marketing Data Management (Philosophy and Sales Standards)
- Through data tracking and reporting, promotes and ensures that all corporate strategies, philosophies, and objectives are embraced, adopted, and maintained by the community teams to drive occupancy
- Track identified sales goals, critical success factors, and occupancy goals and identifies areas of opportunity if targets are not on track to be achieved and follows escalation path when goals are not achieved.
- Ensures compliance with sales standards and best practices (lead and referral management-activation, retention and resurrection from the database, calls, tours, events, presentations, contact cadence, etc.) necessary to achieve occupancy and sales goals.
- Train community sales (and operations) team on the lead management system: data entry standards and timelines, automated lead nurturing processes as well as any systems the sales team may need to effectively achieve goals and targets
- Ensures community production and execution of outreach and external business development plans, outlining events and sales strategies.
2. External System Data Management
- Monitors call tracking, video content, sales database notes and metrics / use information to improve lead generation/management and sales outcomes.
- Works with community sales staff and ED to maintain an annual competitive analysis to track current rates, availability, and market conditions to assist in developing strategic sales interventions.
- Monitors and manages lead data generated from external systems to ensure proper interfacing between internal and external systems.
- Train teams on the use of sales management software programs including, but not limited to Aline, ExaCare, PCC, NextStep Sales Board, FinAid, etc.
- Is the go-to Aline, ExaCare, NextStep and FinAid expert for sales staff; works through questions and provides solutions when technical difficulties occur.
3. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Designs and delivers mid-month and month end dashboard pulling data from Aline, Exacare, NextStep Sales Board, PCC, Digital Dashboards, Google Grant data, social media posting software and any other data systems deemed appropriate for reports.
- Dashboards will report on data that includes, but is not limited to the following: lead tracking, conversion rates, database management, sales activity, lost and denial reasons, speed to lead, KPIs, referral sources, event attendance and follow-ups, marketing ROI and spend, critical success factors, etc.
- Creates ad hoc reporting mechanisms/outputs to resolve specific opportunities that might arise at a community level or system wide
- Reconciles occupancy and sales related data between various systems on a monthly basis through automation or manual process
- Assess lead generation sources in the CRM and assist marketing efforts with evaluating ROI on marketing spend
- Assist in tracking the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights on lead generation and conversion.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Communicate areas for improvement to VP of Sales and Marketing and Executive Directors.
4. Social Media
- Assists Marketing Specialist in Social Media Management and other Assignments as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing or related field is required
- 3-5 years’ experience in supporting sales teams and/or program development
- Experience working with reputable sales systems
- Experience in analytics reporting and dashboards
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook 365, SharePoint and Skype
- Advanced Excel skills and application
- Strong analytical and data management and reporting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
