We are currently seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for our senior apartment community in Lakeland.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledgeable in general maintenance repairs
- Basic mechanical knowledge and experience
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Experience in apartment turnover/make-ready
- Customer service-oriented
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment facilities.
- Prepare apartments for new residents.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their maintenance requests promptly.
You will be required to pass a maintenance skills test.
This is a full-time 4 day per week (36 hours) position. The hours are Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM. Maintenance technicians must rotate “on-call” with other maintenance staff to respond to building emergencies. On-call is paid a stipend and OT, if applicable.
