The Clinton Presbyterian Community is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. In this position, you will enjoy working with a passionate team to provide quality service throughout our community.
What You'll Do:
- Greet residents, families, visitors, prospective residents and other people with business in the community.
- Answer the telephone.
- Handle office and resident mail, and packages.
- Assist with marketing functions as needed, capturing information for contacts.
- Schedule meeting spaces and guest rooms for residents, staff, and visitors and notifies appropriate department of need for food, furniture arrangements, etc. if applicable.
- Coordinate maintenance repair requisitions.
- Prepare orientation booklets for new residents and employees if applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Financial or office experience
- Valid driver’s license issued by the State of South Carolina
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
