Lead Server Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
- Setup dining room, stations, and assist with special functions as directed.
- Take food orders from residents in the dining room
- Assist in training new employees on POS system.
- Assist in all Community activities that require services from the Dining Team
- Assist with training and orientation of dining room servers in customer service standards, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation based on Corporate and Regulatory Standards.
- Provide high-quality service.
Lead Server Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of supervisory serving experience
- ServSafe certified
- Interpersonal and multitasking skills
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
- Technical, vocational training in culinary field, or certificate
- Two years of experience in senior living settings
- Two plus years of supervisory experience and skills
