What You'll Do, included but not limited to:
- Lead all phases of the sales and marketing process to meet and exceed occupancy goals across all service lines.
- Serve as the primary sales leader for Independent Living while supporting marketing and outreach efforts for Assisted Living and Memory Support.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing, outreach, and lead-generation strategies that strengthen market presence and increase census.
- Lead sales initiatives for community expansion projects, including occupancy growth for new Independent Living residences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, professional organizations, and community partners.
- Coordinate community events, educational programs, and networking opportunities to promote visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure a seamless resident move-in experience and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain, analyze, and leverage CRM data to measure performance, track leads, and optimize sales conversion efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Foothills Retirement Community throughout Easley and the surrounding areas.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably within senior living, healthcare, or long-term care.
- 5 years of experience and leadership responsibility in senior living sales and marketing preferred.
- Proven success utilizing consultative sales processes and occupancy management strategies.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Easley market and surrounding communities is a plus.
