The Village At Summerville is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Patrol to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. In this position, you will enjoy working with a passionate team to provide quality service throughout our community.

What you will do:
- Responsible for the Security and Safety of our Residents, personnel, and our community
- Responsible to know all site-specific policies and procedures, and implement emergency response activities as appropriate, while providing superior customer service.
What is good to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Valid SC driver’s license
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly, and efficiently
- Able to Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
- Climb stairs, or ramps occasionally during shift
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
- 1 or 2 years of related experience
