About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have outstanding computer skills, a positive attitude, and strong people skills. They should be highly organized and comfortable working on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They should also be comfortable upholding the values of the organization.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative’s primary duties include the following:
- Answer inbound calls on multiple toll-free lines
- Key and import orders, credits, and subscription data into business software
- Assist customers with electronic products and online ordering
- Research and resolve customer ordering issues
- Export orders to third-party vendors
- Organize and assemble mailings to customers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Education Required:
High school educaton required. Knowledge of the Presbyterian Church(U.S.A.) is a plus.
Experience:
- Two years or more in a customer service related position
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft applications
- Proven ability to handle large volumes of calls/emails in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Spanish or Korean language skills a plus
- Knowledge of the PC(USA) preferred
