Role Description
Geek is seeking a Regional Sales Manager/Director of Regions for a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies to expand market share in your designated region. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients, presenting and selling Geek solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties involve delivering sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within technology, supply chain, logistics, or robotics industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships and effectively represent the company.
- Strategic planning abilities and experience in regional market analysis, with a successful track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA and travel regionally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Knowledge of intelligent logistics, robotics systems, or automation solutions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
