Role Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the U.S. market, ensuring alignment with global objectives and brand positioning.
- Manage Key Accounts: Oversee relationships with major luxury retailers and specialty beauty partners, driving sell-in and sell-through performance.
- Revenue & Forecasting: Own forecasting, re-forecasting, and sales planning processes, leveraging data insights to optimize inventory and maximize profitability.
- Retail Analytics: Monitor SKU-level performance, category trends, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Assortment & Inventory Planning: Ensure optimal product assortments and inventory levels across accounts, minimizing markdowns and improving sell-through.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver impactful launches, promotional programs, and in-store experiences.
- Visual Merchandising Oversight: Manage fixture updates, budget allocation, and execution excellence across U.S. retail environments.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury beauty and fragrance sector.
- Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or retail planning within luxury beauty, fragrance, or fashion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, negotiate with retail partners, and execute 360° account strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting; ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail analytics tools.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication, presentation, and team management skills.
