We are looking for a skilled and motivated Groomer to join our team on a full-time, commission-based structure. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all animals in your care
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools and workspace
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming needs and preferences
- Manage appointments and work efficiently to optimize daily schedule
- Identify and report any health or behavioral concerns to pet owners
Qualifications:
- Prior professional grooming experience preferred
- Knowledge of breed-specific cuts and grooming techniques
- Strong attention to detail and patience with animals
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
