About the Opportunity:
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize growth opportunities within assigned national ecommerce accounts including:
· Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within the client organizations, including executives, buyers, and category managers.
· Serve as the main point of contact for all account-related activities, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
· Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and present new product offerings or promotional opportunities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure the successful execution of account strategies and initiatives.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunities and potential risks.
· Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the senior management team, providing insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives that drive traffic and sales for assigned accounts.
· Monitor and analyze sales data, including market share, revenue, and profitability, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, inventory management, and delivery of products to customers.
About You:
For primary consideration, you should bring:
· An extreme sense of Customer Obsession, Bias to Action and Curiosity
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven track record of successfully managing national ecommerce accounts, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.
· Strong understanding of the ecommerce industry, including online marketplaces, digital marketing, and supply chain logistics.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and consumer insights to drive strategic decisions.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
· Flexibility to travel nationally as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
