Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet spectators as they arrive and during the event
- Scan spectator QR codes and distribute wristbands
- Monitor returning spectators by verifying valid event wristbands at re-entry points
- Assist with the needs of the event director
- Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written.)
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks
- Technical Requirements: Must have a fully charged laptop and charger, with experience in Google Sheets and Docs
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physical Requirement: Must be able to stand for up to an hour at a time during your shift
