Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a passion for sports? We are looking for motivated and reliable Scoreboard Operators to join our team! As a Scoreboard Operator, you’ll play a key role in helping fans experience the thrill of the game by keeping the score, time, and statistics up-to-date.

- Score/complete each game including runs, hits, balls, strikes, and outs
- Ensure each game runs smoothly at the field to which you are assigned.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the field, reporting any injuries or security needs immediately.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues as they arise.
- All team members are to present themselves in a professional manner with teams, parents, players, scouts, college coaches, umpires, field crews, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time (2 hours or more).
- Ability to maintain focus.
- Prior knowledge of baseball rules and proper scoring.
- Have reliable transportation.
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics for this position is a baseball field. Work areas may be in outdoor or inside facilities, meaning weather elements may affect surroundings. Our facilities vary on the season, during the spring we will only use LakePoint, but in summer we will use local high schools all within 30 minutes of LakePoint.
Work Hours:
Regular attendance is a necessary job function required for this position. Scheduled working hours vary depending on the season, program or event. Early mornings, late evenings, holidays, or weekends are times of need for this position. Hours per week may vary, most work weeks are less than 40 hours. Fall events will be Friday evenings through Sunday afternoons.

While performing the duties of this job, team members are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle and operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms.
