- Manage Youth Event Registration
-Venue Coordination
- Coordinate with venue supervisor
- Tournament Director

- Set Up/Tear Down
- Market to registered teams
- Event Staffing
- Recruit staff
- Manage staff schedule
- Labor reporting to accountant
- Document recover/W9
- Coordinate w/ Youth Umpire Assigner
- Manage game skeleton in advance w/ assigner
- Report issues, Rules, etc
- Labor reporting to assigner/accountant
- Event Management
- Create Master Schedule, schedule request/conflicts - Post, communicate release to teams, venues, etc.
- Update scoring, post game
- Update bracket, rankings
- Awards ceremony per age division
- Post event reporting
- Merchandise Management w/ Apparel Lead - Design/Order Inventory
- Track Inventory/Sales
- Staff Merch Site
- Reporting Merch Sales
- Intern Coordinator Youth Events
- Interview/Hiring Out of Season
- Schedule Interns (events)
- Reporting Hours, Labor, etc
- Intern Exit Interviews
- Miscellaneous Tasks
- w/ HS Operation when applicable
- Sponsorship Sales w/ commission
