professional to maintain, repair, and refurbish production and support
equipment with minimal supervision. This role also includes the upkeep
of campus facilities, including HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing.
The ideal candidate will be able to independently troubleshoot and
resolve mechanical and electrical issues, as well as support equipment
Validations And Qualifications With Minimal Guidance. Duties And
Responsibilities: Maintain all plant and manufacturing equipment in good
repair. Inspect, check and maintain all operational equipment to ensure
it is in good working condition and meets safety standards. Troubleshoot
and diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues. Repair faulted
equipment in a timely manner. Overhaul and rebuild equipment. Perform
Independent Validations And Qualifications. Use Precision Instruments To
measure, read, and understand equipment. Maintain accurate records of
maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management
system (CMMS). Use hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance.
Inspect and monitor facilities level equipment, such as HVAC systems,
vacuum pumps, and other equipment as requested. Perform routine
maintenance checks according to schedule. Collaborate with the
maintenance and production team. Participate in internal and external
training as requested. Identify areas for continuous improvement. Assist
in training new maintenance personnel. Maintain a clean and orderly work
area. Adhere to all safety protocols. Other duties as assigned. Your
hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm. What you need: High
school diploma or equivalent (Required) Valid driver\'s license
(Required) Minimum Two Years Of Manufacturing Industry Experience
(Required) Excellent mechanical/electrical aptitude. Ability to measure,
read, and understand precision instruments. Able to interpret mechanical
drawings. Ability to use hand tools and comprehend work orders. Good
communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate records. Basic math
skills. Computer proficiency to use a computerized maintenance
management system (CMMS). Ability to work as part of a team. Must be
