detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. In this
role, you will set up and operate thermoforming equipment, monitor
product quality, and help maintain efficient production while ensuring a
safe work environment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical
aptitude, attention to detail, and enjoys working in a team-focused
manufacturing environment. This position reports to the Unit Manager and
works closely with team leads, technicians, inspectors/packers. Key
Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Set up and operate thermoforming
machines to meet production and quality standards Monitor machine
performance and make adjustments as needed Perform tool removal and
basic tool preparation Operate trim presses, robot systems, and vision
systems during production Perform minor maintenance and assist with
troubleshooting when issues arise Quality Control: Follow product
specifications and quality standards for assigned machines Inspect parts
regularly during production runs Monitor product quality throughout the
shift Identify and isolate non-conforming products Record inspection
results and production data in company systems Ensure accurate
documentation of production and rework data Production & Process
Monitoring: Maintain proper process settings to maximize efficiency and
minimize waste Apply basic process control methods to maintain
consistent production quality Assist with evaluating new tools and
improving production processes Teamwork & Communication: Assist team
members when needed to maintain production flow Clearly communicate
production updates and shift handoff information What you need: High
School Diploma or equivalent. Strong mathematics, analytical and
troubleshooting skills and strong mechanical aptitude. Passing
mathematical and mechanical aptitude tests are required in order to be
considered. Must have attention to detail while working multiple
machines/priorities concurrently, at a fast, high-performance pace. Must
be able to work under minimal supervision to troubleshoot and solve
moderate to complex problems related to manufacturing process and
Machinery. Previous Manufacturing Experience Is Preferred. Capable Of
standing and being actively involved at the machine for the length of
the scheduled shift. Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. will be
occasionally needed. Must be well versed in the operation of general
machinery. Computer skills. Must have basic knowledge of MS Office
(Excel and Outlook). Must be able to operate manufacturing management
software. Quality oriented. Demonstrated knowledge of SPC tools and CPK
process control requirements. Willingness to participate in CI
(Continuous Improvement) activities. Effectively communicate in verbal,
written and electronic formats to co-workers and occasionally
customers/visitors. Ability to positively work as part of a team.
Ability to remain calm under pressure. Demonstrated problem solving
ability. Your hours: Four, 10-hour shifts every week. 1st Shift:
5:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday, with the frequent mandatory
overtime on Fridays. Pay: \$20.73 to \$24.00 per hour, depending on
