We’re Hiring: Roofing Sales Reps Wanted!
Premium Roofing and Construction is one of Central Florida’s fastest-growing roofing companies — and we’re expanding! We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our sales team. No prior roofing experience? No problem — we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned territories
- Perform roof inspections (full training provided)
- Generate leads and follow up with provided prospects
- Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance claim processes
- Prepare estimates and close sales
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Work outdoors and independently manage your schedule

What We’re Looking For:

- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
Location: Apopka, FL (work throughout Central Florida)
Compensation: Commission-based. First-year earnings range from $60,000 to $120,000 (top reps earn more). Hourly pay may be included during training period.
