All antibiotic-free pork comes from Midwest farms, and all of our pork products are prepared, processed, and packaged to the strictest standards at our facilities Hospers, Iowa, Luverne, MN and now in Windom, MN.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the seamless flow of production processes. In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate meat production lines, and manage a team of production staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence manufacturing excellence in a fast-paced environment dedicated to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities on the production floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, food safety and quality standards such as such as HACCP, USDA and GMPs
- Train, coach, and manage production staff
- Monitor yields and downtime to optimize performance
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
Experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish language skills preferred.
