What are the responsibilities and job description for the Artist Relations Coordinator position at Premium Point Development?
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Artist Relations Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (10–20 hours per week). As a growing hospitality company that operates premium clubs and hotels, we are expanding our internal artist relations program and need a dedicated assistant to support seamless artist experiences during performances and events at our venues.
In this role, you will work closely with and report to our Artist Relations Manager, providing essential administrative and logistical support. Key responsibilities include coordinating accommodations and hospitality details, managing artist schedules and technical riders, assisting with green room setup and on-site needs, handling last-minute requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate documentation of expenses and contractual obligations—all while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
This is a remote-friendly position with occasional on-site requirements at our venues (primarily evenings and weekends based on event schedules).
The successful candidate will have:
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, artist relations, VIP guest services, or a related field (experience in clubs, hotels, or live entertainment venues strongly preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and comfort interfacing with artists, managers, agents, and internal teams
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn internal systems
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for event support
- A demonstrated commitment to discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
This is a part-time consultant/contract position offering competitive hourly compensation and the opportunity to work with top-tier artists and industry professionals in a sophisticated hospitality setting.
If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest and artist experiences, thrive on attention to detail, and want to contribute to elevated events at premium venues, we encourage you to apply!
