Pay Rate: Min $18.50 to Max $22.50
Summary
Unloads peanuts from trucks into the correct farmer stock warehouse. Operates the cleaning system to ensure we are not wasting peanuts by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform all job duties with health safety and food safety as the number one priority.
- Communicates with drivers and co-workers.
- Performs sanitation and maintenance on equipment and surrounding areas.
- Visually inspects pit and equipment for damage, moisture or potential contaminates prior to operation.
- Monitors equipment for proper operation and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of Farmer Stock Warehouse.
- Verifies driver paperwork prior to unloading to ensure trucks are loaded into the correct warehouse.
- Properly fills out paperwork.
- Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Assists with any other duties assigned by management.
- Follows LOTO SOPs.
- Performs operator level maintenance per SOPs.
- Follows all food safety requirements.
- Keeps daily records on grades of peanuts received.
- Directs drivers engaged in unloading peanuts.
- Must be willing to climb 62ft ladder multiple times in a day if need be

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
