The Parking Maintenance Technician plays a hands-on role in ensuring Premium Parking facilities are safe, clean, and fully operational. This position supports the guest experience by maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of parking lots, equipment, and structures. The technician provides routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep while delivering friendly, service-minded interactions with guests and team members.
Available Shifts:
- Tuesday-Saturday 6:00am-2:00pm
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance & Appearance:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking areas, walkways, stairwells, and entrances through regular sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing.
- Remove debris and empty trash receptacles according to company and environmental standards.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing lighting, painting, and repairing fixtures.
- Support seasonal or special projects including signage installation, striping, and minor repairs.
Equipment & Systems Support:
- Inspect and maintain parking equipment (meters, pay stations, gates, and signage) to ensure safe and proper operation.
- Report malfunctioning or damaged equipment promptly to leadership or technical support.
- Assist in coordinating larger repair projects with vendors or internal teams when needed.
Safety & Compliance:
- Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or potential risks to leadership immediately.
- Maintain work areas in a safe, organized, and compliant manner consistent with Premium Parking’s safety standards.
- Follow proper procedures for chemical and equipment use, including PPE guidelines.
Customer Service & Collaboration:
- Respond to guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support teammates and assist in company events or special initiatives as needed.

Required:
- Valid Driver’s License may be required based on location
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
- Ability to provide customer service in a professional and friendly manner
Preferred:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience preferred
- Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
- A minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must be highly proficient in both spoken and written English
- May be required to bend, push, twist and pull objects repetitively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
- Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to: rain, cold, heat, and humidity
