We are currently looking for an experienced painting estimator/project manager for residential and commercial paint projects. This position has the ability to earn $50,000-$100,000 income annually.

Sales & Project Estimator Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with Commercial & Residential Customers to provide detailed Painting Estimates.
- Prospect, Promote, Sell, and Secure painting contracts from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based sales approach.
- Effectively Communicate painting products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Manage the painting projects from start to completion, interfacing with customers and paint crew members during the process.
- Effectively communicates scope of work and requirements to paint crew members.
- Resolves customer discrepancies in a timely, efficient manner.
- Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- 1 years Painting Sales & Estimating Experience
- 1 years Painting Project Management
- Paint & Coatings Knowledge
- Ability to Self-Generate Sales in addition to Company Leads.
