What You’ll Do:
- Lead a mowing crew on daily routes (weekly & bi-weekly properties).
- Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards.
- Manage route efficiency and production pace.
- Train and guide crew members on proper techniques.
- Communicate with management about delays, issues, and improvements.
- Ensure equipment is used properly and maintained.
- Keep jobsites clean, professional, and consistent.

Requirements:

- Able to work in Texas heat and stay productive.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
