Now Hiring: Landcare Foreman / Lawn Care Lead

We are looking for a dependable, experienced, and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead a crew and oversee daily lawn care and landscaping operations. This position is hands-on while also requiring leadership, organization, and job-site responsibility.

Job Type:

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Seasonal or Year-Round (depending on availability)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a lawn care crew on residential and commercial properties
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Load/unload equipment and ensure proper care and maintenance of tools
• Communicate daily tasks and expectations to crew members
• Monitor job timelines and productivity
• Interact professionally with customers and address basic questions or concerns
• Train new employees and assist with skill development

Requirements:

Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping

Experience with push mowers, zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers

Strong leadership and communication skills

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Ability to manage a crew while working hands-on

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Good time management and problem-solving skills

Preferred (but not required):

• Valid driver's license
• Experience leading a crew or foreman-level experience
• Knowledge of basic landscaping practices (mulching, trimming, planting, etc.)
