Premium Landscape Services is a trusted local landscaping company serving Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and surrounding communities. We specialize in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces that are beautiful, functional, and built with care. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a confident, organized, and customer-focused Landscaping Estimator / Salesperson to help turn incoming leads into successful projects.

The Landscaping Estimator/Salesperson will be responsible for following up with provided leads, meeting with homeowners, assessing the work they want completed, preparing estimates, and helping clients move forward with signed contracts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, understands landscaping or outdoor services, and has the sales ability to build trust, explain value, and close business professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with provided leads in a timely and professional manner
• Speak with potential clients to understand their landscaping needs, goals, budget, and timeline
• Visit client homes to assess project scope and gather the details needed for accurate estimates
• Prepare and present estimates clearly and professionally
• Guide clients through the decision-making process and work to secure signed contracts
• Communicate with the team to ensure project details are accurate before work begins
• Maintain organized notes, follow-up records, and client information
• Represent Premium Landscape Services with professionalism, honesty, and strong customer service
• Help protect the company's reputation by setting clear expectations with clients

Qualifications

• Previous sales, estimating, landscaping, construction, or home service experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable meeting with homeowners and asking for the sale
• Ability to evaluate landscaping project needs and learn company estimating procedures and pricing standards. 
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn the Premium Landscape Services way of doing things
• Must have a valid Washington driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the local service area. 
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, where permitted by law. 

Pay and Benefits

• Full-Time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience
• Additional performance-based bonus opportunities may be available.
