Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Kitchen & Bath (Cabinetry)

Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Kitchen & Bath industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will focus on generating new business, managing existing accounts, and meeting sales targets—particularly within the cabinetry segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through both outside and inside sales efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend cabinetry solutions tailored to their projects
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with confidence and professionalism
• Provide guidance on maintenance, remodeling processes, and interior design concepts
• Track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and account progress
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and new account creation targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the cabinetry industry
• Proven experience in sales (outside and/or inside), with a strong focus on customer service and upselling
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish fluency preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
