Job Description
We are looking for someone who can read a tape measure, operate a drill properly, run a table saw, use basic hand tools etc. We are experiencing a high volume of orders for cabinets and need to increase our shop production.
General responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to:
- Building/Assembling Cabinetry
- Loading/Unloading incoming and outgoing shipments
- Service Calls - in home repairs and adjustments
- Inventory Management - properly receive and account for goods
- Pallet Jack Operation
- Shipping/Receiving
A qualified applicant must demonstrate and possess the following:
- Reliability - if you're not early, you're late
- Utilize good time management skills
- Ability to work with your hands
- Ability to use hand and power tools. General carpentry knowledge is a plus but we'll teach/train the right applicant.
- Detail Oriented - an absolute must in our industry
- Courteous to customers and team members
- Good listening skills
- Coachability - must be willing to learn and be trained
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Driver's License with transportation to and from work.
- MUST be able to pass a drug test.

Compensation:
We are a promote from within driven company. Some of our best cabinet builders have been promoted into hourly/salaried positions with health, dental, vision insurance as well as paid time off.
