Responsibilities
- Assist with light housekeeping mainly in the living room and decluttering
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members promptly
- Follow care plans meticulously, documenting services provided and client progress accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in home care or related fields preferred; experience with diverse populations including geriatrics is highly valued
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols and the ability to handle urgent situations effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients from various backgrounds
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately while demonstrating flexibility in adapting to individual needs
- Valid driver’s license and or reliable transportation are often required for travel between client homes
