What You'll Do:
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the backbone of our customer support, ensuring the seamless operation of vital dairy systems. This is a dynamic role where your expertise directly contributes to our customers' success and your own professional advancement.
- Execute expert on-site installation, precision repair, preventive maintenance, and thorough testing of sophisticated dairy equipment, including automated milking systems.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with speed and accuracy.
- Proactively perform preventive maintenance on milking parlors to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with our valued dairy farm customers.
- Safely operate company vehicles and rigorously adhere to all industry safety standards.

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, exercising sound technical judgment on complex and critical tasks.
- Robust technical understanding of blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams relevant to complex machinery.
- Superior troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve root causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Proven proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing complex electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical problems and solutions clearly to customers and internal teams.
Essential: Experience or a strong willingness to master plumbing, commercial refrigeration, and/or electrical trades.
Highly Desired: A degree or formal training in Electrical/Mechanical, HVAC/R, or Automotive Mechanics.
