Kitchen and Bath Designer

• Initiate outbound calls and emails to new and existing clients, including contractors, designers, and homeowners.
• Assisting customers with kitchen and bath designs.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, offering expert advice and guidance on cabinetry products.
• Qualify leads to determine customer needs, project scope, and product fit.
• Conduct on-site visits to meet with clients, assess their cabinetry needs, and take measurements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including contractors, designers, and architects, to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Offer on-site consultations and product demonstrations, helping clients visualize design options and make informed decisions.
• Oversee cabinetry projects from initial consultation through to installation, ensuring that all customer needs are met and timelines are adhered to.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for future sales or referrals.
• Provide personalized support for complex projects or large-scale installations, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Deliver in-person product presentations, attend trade shows, and participate in networking events to generate leads and promote the brand.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
