Schedule: 5–6 days per week
Premium Chimneys is hiring an experienced Fireplace & Chimney Technician to service, repair, and install fireplaces throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We’re looking for someone dependable who takes pride in quality workmanship and treats customers and their homes with respect.
Previous hands-on fireplace experience is required. This is not an entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gas fireplace problems.
- Replace pilot assemblies and gas valves.
- Install gas log sets.
- Install direct vent and B-vent fireplaces.
- Replace fireplace refractory panels.
- Perform chimney sweeps.
- Replace fireplace wall switches.
- Explain findings and completed repairs clearly to customers.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with the services listed above, including direct vent and B-vent fireplace installations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to complete assigned work independently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safe, professional workmanship.
- Reliability, punctuality, and clear communication with customers and our dispatch team.
- Availability to work 5–6 days per week.
