Senior General Manager/Director(English-Korean Bilingual)

■ General Responsibilities :

• Oversee overall operations and management of the U.S. subsidiary, including sales, P&L, inventory, accounts receivable, risk management, and reporting to Korean headquarters.
• Conduct U.S. market research and develop sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for OEM and finished products, including distribution and marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, manage, and lead the local U.S. organization.
• Establish initial business infrastructure and operational systems for the U.S. subsidiary.
• Manage logistics, supply chain, and overall operational processes.
• Manage sales and profitability targets and regularly communicate business performance to Korean headquarters.

■ Required Qualifications :

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
• 10 years of experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies in the U.S. market.
• Professional-level Korean communication skills for effective coordination with Korean headquarters.
• Strong leadership and organizational management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. market with the ability to effectively localize business strategies and operations.

■ Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in B2B distribution, freight forwarding, or OEM sourcing preferred.
• Experience in sales and marketing within the U.S. building materials, interior, kitchen, or bathroom industry, particularly sanitary ware, faucets, bidets, or related products.
• Established industry network within the U.S. building materials, kitchen, or bathroom market preferred.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
