Service Point seeks to contract with an as needed installer in Morgantown WV and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include delivery and initial setup as well as testing of medical alert devices and medication dispensers in clients' homes. Installations are simple and requires no previous experience. We provide the certifications, inventory and training.

What you will be doing:
- Installing, servicing, replacing or retrieving our medical alarms and medication dispensers from existing clients
- Traveling to clients' homes, using your vehicle, to install "plug and play" medical alert systems
- Explaining to clients how the equipment works and testing the unit with them
- Collecting information from the clients to send it back to the agency through specific documents
- Utilizing Apps on your phone to complete out the work order
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to consistently communicate with our dispatch team to update on customers and events
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- An operating motor vehicle and valid driver's license and current car insurance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen and state background requirements
