SUMMARY: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leads full cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire new employees for the organization, including sourcing, job posting, interviewing, and onboarding. The role is a strategic partner to hiring leaders, owning recruiting lifecycle from workforce planning through onboarding while building a robust sourcing pipeline to support rapid growth.
This position requires someone who can operate both strategically and tactically, comfortable filling high-volume field roles one day and partnering with leadership on hiring strategy the next.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Own end-to-end recruiting for a mix of field (apprentice, journeyman, foreman) and corporate roles
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring execution
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
- Translate business goals into actionable recruiting strategies and timelines
- Support ramp planning for seasonal or project-based hiring
- Build proactive pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles with training centers, trade schools and others
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including referrals, job boards, community outreach, and trade programs
- Implement creative strategies to attract skilled trades talent
- Develop and refine recruiting workflows, interview structures, and evaluation criteria
- Create consistency across hiring practices and ensure alignment with company values
- Track and improve key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, quality of hire)
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on candidate selection, market insights, and hiring decisions
- Coach leaders on interview best practices and effective hiring behaviors
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Promote the company’s brand in the market, especially within skilled trades communities
- Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- All employees must demonstrate the ability to promote and embody the Premise Core Values: Be Ready to Learn, Own the Result, Build Trust and Drive to Complete.
- In addition to the above, other required qualifications for this role are:
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (construction, skilled trades, or similar industries strongly preferred)
- Proven experience recruiting for a mix of high-volume and specialized roles
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence decision-making
- Experience building sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics
Preferred qualifications are:
- Experience supporting rapid growth or scaling teams
- Knowledge of prevailing wage environments, union/PLA considerations, or licensing requirements (a plus for your world)
- Experience recruiting across multiple states or regions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, lift, talk, hear, see, reach, grasp and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment. The employee must have the ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The employee performs the essential functions of this job in a normal indoor office environment.
