Responsibilities

Job Description

• Implement behavioral therapy interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective therapy
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior management
  
  

Requirements

• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Schedule

M-F: 2:30-4:30

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: $20 - $28 per hour

Expected hours: 10-12 hrs per week

Transportation

Must have reliable transportation (car preferred)
