Job Description
PremierOne Plus MSO (POPMSO) is a management services organization serving the needs of medical providers in a managed care setting. We are seeking a full-time Contracting Office Assistant to perform internal and external duties to ensure high quality and efficient day-to-day operations. The Contracting Office Assistant is involved in office and field duties in supporting and expanding the network of PremierOne Plus MSO’s contracted IPAs. Contracting Office Assistant will have the opportunity to learn about the ins and outs of managed care and build a career with what they learn.
Duties
1. Maintain, establish, and develop collaborative relationships with network providers and prospective providers
2. Call, communicate, and contact various provider offices to send out and obtain contracts through mail, email, fax, or in-person
3. Email physicians regularly about new additions to the network
4. Follow-up with providers to RSVPs for events and setting up events.
5. Research and understand the processes of the MSO and the IPAs including but not limited to claims, utilization management, eligibility, credentialing, and contracting.

Experience and Qualifications
1. Bilingual in English and Korean (required)
2. Associate's or a Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
3. Experience in healthcare (preferred)
4.Excellent and proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
5. Ability to keep schedule; customer service; strong work ethics
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word
7. Ability to cope with conflict, stress, and crisis situations

Monday to Friday
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch in between)
