Role Description This is a full-time, on-site.
- Documentation of all communication with clients in lab data entry software
- Providing solutions to technical issues with cases
- Basic Excel knowledge for storing current cases that are on hold
- Organizational skills to prioritize daily workload and complete work on a timely basis
- Ability to train others in technical aspects of products as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in dental technology
- CDT preferred
- - Basic knowledge in crown and bridge, dentures, partials, implants and attachments, orthodontics appliances (preferred)
Pay depends on work experience and knowledge base.
